Shipping

 All orders placed and paid before the cut-off times of 2pm EST and 2pm PST will be shipped out the same day MON-FRI. Orders placed after the cut-off times will be shipped out the following business day.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We have offices both on the east coast and west coast. Your order will be dispatched from the shipping center closest to you to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

For the time being all orders are shipped with Canada Post. We offer Expedited Parcel, ExpressPost and Priority shipping options. All shipping options are tracked and you will receive your tracking number by email when your order has been shipped. NOTE: It can take 12-24 hours for your tracking to register on the Canada Post website.

Depending on your delivery address orders may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to be delivered.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you have made an error with your address and your order has not been shipped yet please contact us ASAP so we can change it. If your order has already been shipped it will most likely be returned to us. Once we receive the return we will be able to re-ship to the correct address.
